Profound Tribe: Leadership Accelerator

The transformational power of Executive Coaching, provided in an affordable, community-centric format.

Change can be a source of organizational and professional development, rather than a period of turmoil to “manage” and endure. Don’t just manage the massive changes you face, lead your team through them to the future you want.

I walk teams through a framework for change that is grounded in developmental psychology and behavioral science, drastically improves the success rate of change efforts, embraces the insights that resistance reveals, and builds ongoing capacity for disruption and innovation.

I leverage and adapt tried and tested change management frameworks like Prosci and Kotter. My unique and responsive approach is the result of comprehensive research and my experience leading successful change initiatives over the last 25 years, first as an Air Force officer and then in IT, finance, biotech, and healthcare sectors.

Coaching can bring powerful balance to change management, so you can:

Connect more deeply with your team, developing trust and new levels of connection while breaking through old patterns and obstacles.

Strengthen your planning and measurement skills so frameworks, project plans, and targets are clear and designed for success.

Identify and overcome potential road blocks in communication, expectations, systems, team challenges, alignment, or agreement.

Focus on both the external factors (execution and systems) and the internal factors (culture and motivation) that fuel a holistic change process.

Accomplish your goals while building your organizational resilience, readiness, and capacity.

Expand your ability to execute, adapt, and experiment on an ongoing basis so embracing change and innovation become standard practices.

What does change management coaching look like?

Every team has a distinctive set of strengths and challenges when faced with a need to change.

I customize my contribution to meet a team’s primary and most pressing needs.

Some teams ask me to engage with their primary stakeholders in the change management and leadership process. My focus is advising and guiding these leaders as they define scope, framework, and objectives, identify likely obstacles, establish clear milestones, develop communication plans, and then design systems than ensure continual organizational readiness and agility.

Other teams need more active hands-on teamwork and tactical support. They need me to roll up my sleeves and get involved as part of the team. In these cases, I engage by facilitating meetings, collaboratively designing and then executing detailed and comprehensive change plans, engaging and working together with various stakeholders along the way, facilitating trainings, crafting communication, monitoring progress, and spearheading follow-up efforts.
